How to build a 20 page (or more) content site in under
an hour without using special and costly software

Ok, I admit it, from idea brainstorm to completion
it took longer than an hour, but It is possible to build
the whole content site, once you have an idea, in
under 1 hour, and here's how.

The first thing you might want to know is why build
a content site. That's a question you'd need to answer
for yourself, you might want to make some adsense
revenue, or affiliate commissions. Making a site
focused around a niche, or keyword will help you
to attract visitors, and increase your revenue.

Now here's how to create a twenty (or more) page
content site in under an hour. Firstly you will
need to grab some articles, either from article
directories like http://www.goarticles.com ,
http://www.debsarticlesite.com or some of the
others, a list of article directories can be
found at
http://www.cashinonline.info/articledirectorylist.htm

Do a search for your keyword(s) related to your
content sites theme. Save any articles to a
folder on your hard drive. You now have some
content to use.Next you need a background for
your site, or a web template.

You can purchase a ready to go template for almost
any niche or subject from
http://www.basictemplates.com/a/2368 for just
$5.
Prepare your template with any affiliate ads
related to your content, and any other Adsense
or contextual ad codes and links. Make sure
you add some meta tags for keywords, and
description to help search engine ranking.

Now the easy bit, cut, and paste your articles
into the template, and save each time under a
new filename (hint: use the articles title).
Personally I use the free html editor Frontpage
Express, search Google for it. With this I
can paste plain text, edit the title for each
page and save. Then cut out, and paste in
the next article. (hint use the view html
menu and paste the title of each article into
the tags as you go).

This is how I managed to make the sites at
http://www.moderngadgets.net and also
http://www.pokergaminghouse.com over one
weekend including domain hosting
http://www.dawghost.com and domain registration
from http://www.godaddy.com and all for under
$50 for both sites.

Now in another 20 minutes you could have it
submitted to search engines too, but that's
another story.

In closing, I think you'll find it rewarding
in terms of money and satisfaction to create
your own sites this way. And as you kept the
template, you can quickly add any new content
articles you find to increase your sites size
and in turn its visibility.
